  • You confirm that you own or have the rights to use any content you submit through the app.
  • We reserve the right to remove or block any content that violates these terms or is deemed offensive, inappropriate, or illegal.

6. Third-Party Services

  • Our app integrates with third-party services like Google Firebase, Google Analytics, and Brevo. We do not control these services and are not responsible for any issues or data breaches that occur as a result of their use. Please refer to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All original content and design elements created by eCard+ remain the property of eCard+.
  • You may not replicate, distribute, or sell our Service without prior written approval.
